	Heh...sorry to alert you that NICE is not very much supported anymore. Surely if one has an error can ask the community if someone else has incurred in a similar problem and the way they resolved it, but if a generic error message appears, like the one you posted, I don't know if anyone can be of any help... If you have something more about the error message, please report it in full and we'll try our best.
