Second, yes, there is life on some planets, but not all and none of it is intelligent. You will want to look around S00 stars for a felisian planet or moon. Other star systems have felisian worlds too but S00 are the easiest to find them at. | |  | |  |

oh.. a suggestion: when you're going to quit the game, before to quit move to a near S06 star, start refuelling, and quit.
The next time you restart the game you'll have the fuel tank full (120 Li)!
