Well... As stargazer just told in another topic, this thread existed on the old phpBB forums... So, here it is again!

From what I have seen in the time I have been here, Alex tends to leave for long periods of time without posting anything. Before he mysteriously vanished as some of you seem to put it, Alex mentioned that he was finishing some things with LINOLEUM before moving on to that certain project that some people are literally dying to see (I don't think mentioning the name is necessary). He will be back when he is back. Now please stop asking ridiculous questions like this and be patient. And if you cannot be patient then, well... just stop asking questions that cannot be answered. Thank you.

Sincerely,

MicMac

I havent been here long enough to know any of that, but i didnt think it would hurt to play along. Ive just never talked to alex before and i think it would be interesting to.
who needs titles?

I've listened to the sound file by Ryan which is bundled with Noctis. Then, I played it backwards. You can distinctively hear 'Alex is dead'.
there's science to be done!

You know what guys, instead of him having a surprise goodie for us, why don't we have a surprise goodie for him?!

Suggestions go beneath here.

Thats not a bad idea. heck we can make a thread that says WELCOME BACK ALEX and have everyone on the forum post something fun on it. or we could just use this thread, im gonna need to think on that one

Maybe he's undercover somewhere, you know, a double agent...

Or perhaps he just got lost in an alternate universe, or the Total Perspective Vortex.
going nowhere fast...

Well, this thread CAN be retitled to WELCOME BACK ALEX...if that's a good idea...

I know of a good way to find Alex! We could create a thread called "Where isn't Alex", and then find him by searching every possible location in the entire universe systematically, and then reporting back as to whether he's there or not. Hey, I said it was a good way to find him, not a particularly fast one.

Also: We could name it the "Noctis" approach! (You know, scan the entire universe...)
