The evolutionism/creationism topic in Galileo's Corner has, I think, progressed quite civilly, in my opinion. However, should that thread get locked for any reason, and for the benefit and enjoyment of that portion of the community who either wish to stay out of such a debate or discuss things from that thread in perhaps a more friendly environment, I have started this thread for the creationists in our community. I have also started a separate thread for the evolutionists here. If you are an evolutionist, please don't post here. This is meant to be a safe haven for creationists.

So have at it.

I'm afraid that, if things on this thread begin being labeled 'scientific', the thread is bound to get locked. It is the same apparent 'equity' that is being claimed as an argument for teaching creationism in school 'as an alternative to' evolution theory.

Unless I can abide by my scientific belief on the Flying Spaguetti Monster, of course. I have a graph to prove it.

This thread is also locked for the same reasons the other was.

Both threads will be left here for now to let the reasons for locking known.

(Edit: Any problems with this are to be taken up with me by PM, not by making a new post)
