 | | | | Since the holidays called by different names by different cultures have their origin in the winter solstice, i acknowledge this fact and celebrate the holidays starting at winter solstice till new year.
Started with making a big strawberry flavored cake, and decorating the x-mas tree. (all ornaments are red, although i couldn't find a black tree) here's a lovely picture of it: http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/7751/satanmastreeta4.jpg
Now i enjoy my free time, indulging in good food without worrying about my diet, lots of time to sleep till noon, collecting money gifts from relatives, spending time with my love, and generally having a good time living.
In the later days of the week I'll buy some nice clothing, books, and I'll gather resources for the celebration of the new year.
I wish you all lots of fun! | | | | |

 | | | | I celebrate Christmas. I think everyone should really (unless your religion celebrates something different, like Hanukkah, but like halloween, christmas is okay for Athiests) It's so commercialized now that it's hardly even a religious holiday, and it's not hard to overlook those parts and still get gifts and a tree. | | | | |

a title is a curious thing... |

   | | | | We don't celebrate Christmas, exactly. That's because waaay back, it started with pagan god worship and all that junk. Not exactly the most attractive thing for a Christian family. It's just that many Christians aren't aware of it's roots(and if they are, they do it anyway, just because they're so used to, and are afraid to not conform to tradition). We still give presents, but don't have a tree, ever since I was a kid I knew the truth about Santa Claus . | | | | |
