Of course, I was very cross with her, because she didn't do it the way we had discussed it, that is, she didn't propose in Arnoldian (AAOORH-ARH! AORGHLA-ARGH!) but we quickly rectified that and then I said yes.

Anyway, we bought a weird, silly cast-iron animal thingy at a thrift store which is kind of our engagement present, and we MIGHT get a silver ring today just for the sake of it...
