|Hi, I'm new to Noctis and I can't seem to get the game to run on my computer. I tried running both Noctis IV and NICE (I think I'd prefer to run NICE). I downloaded and extracted the game to my C drive and ran (normal) Go!.exe. At this point I get one of 2 errors: Either it shows a black screen for a second and stops running without any error message, or it gives me a "NTVDM CPU has performed an illegal instruction... I'm sorry if this type of post already exists, but I really want to play this game and I'm very sad that it isn't working for me.|
I have Windows XP home edition, version 2002, SP2, 1.8 GHz, 448 MB of RAM.
EDIT: I should add that I've tried running old go and alternative go with no success. The only one that works is DWNoctis. The problem with this is that the window is tiny (any way to make it bigger?) and the cursor is stuck in the middle of the window. any help here also?

There is no reason it shouldn't be working unless a system file is corrupted or configured wrong. As for the DwNoctis I've never figured out how to get rid of the cursor in the middle.
|Hey, no one replied to this... Poor Beamer. : P|
If you want to run DWNoctis fullscreen, you can download NICE 11.x from the releases thread, and then replace DWNoctis with the updated version available in this patch. To make it run fullscreen, you can create a shortcut to it with " --fullscreen" following the target path.
