written by Alex on Dec 24, 2004 15:49 General conditions for distribution of modified versions of Noctis IV's source code: I am contrary to any kinds of changes targeted to adding other goals for the game to go with (such as fights with alien races, commercial or military careers, and the like). Any other change which wouldn't target the gameplay towards something that's NOT pure exploration, is welcome and officially allowed. Under these conditions, anyone is officially authorized to publish modified versions of the Noctis IV source code and binaries, providing such versions will also be released for free according to the terms of the WTOF Public License, which of course continues to apply in full to the Noctis IV package. It is possible to add credit for your contributions to the package, but you must of course preserve the original copyright message and the full license as it is.
