| | | | Ok guys.
Its all about messing up system files, get any kinds of sticky crap (Like addware and worms) and ALOT of useless crap. Of course you will use an Virtual PC (If you arent going to suicide later ). Then take a shot of it and post it here. Of course you can do other things too! j u s t i f i t s T O T A L L Y m e s s e d u p ! ! ! .
Ok here is the link to the Microsoft Virtual PC download: www.google.com
Anyway, go install it. Then go look at the settings, then enable undo disc's. I recommend that its on as it will be reuseable for other times.
THEN GO MESS UP THE MOST POPULAR SYSTEM EVER!!!!!
Ps. If you dont got a clue then go find a tutorial about setting up MS virtual pc.

 | | | | Messing up XP is easy. It's also possibly dangerous to hardware, and I'm not sure if virtualization can really protect you from that.
Instead, here's a fun project: http://xkcd.com/350/

| | | | Selb and I tried this not too long ago. We utterly failed at getting any dangerous viruses, despite roaming around and downloading all kinds of crap.
All we got was about several tons of spyware and a couple bogus program viruses that probably did no real damage. Oh and eight million firefox/IE toolbars.
Of course, it'd be easier if we had spam emails, since apparently it's pretty hard to actually download a virus straight off the internet.

| | | | Yeah right. The farest i came was to make some batch virusses and change the text in the start button to H4x
Anyway, ever heard of hardware virtualisation?

 | | | | Normally, if you decide to post something else a mere minute after something else, you edit the previous post.
Edit: I wasn't thinking about the context of the thread when I posted the remark I just removed.

| | | | You could just google "Give me a virus" and amazingly (Or not so amazing. This is the interwebs after all) enough, there are sites out there for infecting computers intentionally. | | | | |
|
| | | | You can always download this. Though it isn't really fun unless you have AV software installed.
If you want to find out details about the virus, you can go here.
If you preview the second link, then the links won't be as scary fun.
