You're obvoiusly not interested in history. Gopher pre-dated the World-Wide Web by a number of years, and has fewer problems. Just because it doesn't have jazzy animated GIFs and Flash animations and stuff doesn't mean that it's bad.
Or maybe you've been brainwashed by Microsoft. There are much better browsers out there. Why don't you give them a try? Oh, I forgot, Bill won't let you.
