I did the things you told me to do, but SL doesn't work, all I get is a flash of text. I managed to take a screenshot so I could read it. It says
____USAGE_________SL (OPTIONAL RANGE)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^GLOBAL STARS LIST
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&STARMAP NOT AVAILIBLE
I'm running it in dosbox if that helps.

Well, it looks like your files are missing or corrupt.
Did you check if the files I written about are in the "data" folder?
Did you also try after replacing them with the ones I linked to you?
I just tried with dosbox running noctis.exe from within the "modules" folder, but I assume it shouldn't be a problem running it from the parent dir.
neuzd has the right idea.
As I commented about my experiences with NIV+ using DOSBox SVN Daum on a another thread here, I found it necessary to place the Noctis.exe file in the main ("Noctis" or whatever you have it named as) folder and not run it out of the Modules folder. DOSBox seems to have a problem with the Noctis.exe finding things in the other folders when it runs out of Modules- It wouldn't save snapshots, for example.
Secondly, I found that anything in the Modules directory also might not run unless it also is in the main directory. Try placing the SL module in the main directory also. (It worked for me in NIV+ with the ST module.)
Yes I checked the data folder files. I took noctis.exe and sl.exe out of modules and into the main directory. I can finally see named planets... and boy there's a lot of them.
Other commands (besides SL) don't work in the GOES so I'll try emptying the modules folder to try to get everything else to work regarding the GOES.
Thanks very much for the help.
glad to be able to help.
Of course, if you want to see a whole big bunch of information on those stars and planets, check out:

Hey! That goes for anybody new who wants to know about what we did on our Summer Vacation before No Man's Sky. (neuzd put a lot of work into GOESXNET, and it should be visited.)
sorry neuzd, if I'm too "enthusiastic"

Is a period of 3/4 years beginning from 2008, a "Summer Vacation"?
[...] what we did on our Summer Vacation before No Man's Sky.
Man, I've been lied to since forever!
actually I was referring to the Stardrifters as a whole...
...more like a LOOOOOONG "Summer Vacation": 2001-2014 (im3cr)

I tried to send 2 OUTBOX (from NIV & NIV+) but when I send the second one, I saw this :
Sorry, our feedback folder is full!
104 messages, 51 files, 10368 Kbytes in hold.
What is the problem ?
It looks like the feedback folder on the server is full. It's where files sent through the feedback form get stored so the message's recipients can download them. I believe only Alex can empty that folder, though he hasn't logged in for the last few weeks. In the mean time, you can upload your second outbox to the Community Disk, which you can access via the icon in the left sidebar, and then post a link to it in the forum. Alex recently increased the amount of storage allowed for the C-Disk quite a bit, but the storage limit for the feedback form is separate, and seems to still be set for a very low amount.

Thank you Cryoburner, I'll do this.

Sorry, haven't been very well the last days and didn't have the strength to do anything.
As I said it in my PM Balika (go read it if you didn't yet) there's no need to play both Noctis IV and NIV+, choose the one you find more comfortable with, they're the same game and share the same universe.
I haven't seen any files uploaded by you on the cdisk today, so I guess you still haven't done it.
If your outbox files are identical (which I doubt...) there would be no need to send both of them, otherwise I'll use both files in the next update without any hiccups (unless you named the same object in two different ways...)
Just use one of the two programs from now on, since you like the jetpack, let's say NIV+? Whatever you prefer.

My NoctisVI and NoctisVI+ Outboxes are on C-disks on "cd/zips/Balika". Is it okay ?
I don't see the differences between NVI and NVI+ ...
How using jetpack ? ^^
Jetpack in NIV+ is as simple as holding down spacebar. (left clicks on mouse for more forward speed)
The other changes included making movies and some modules (commands on the G.O.E.S. board).
