suggestions:
use PNGs or JPGs, try to keep them below or near to 300-400 Kb per image, hope you see... we don't have infinite server space. Pictures can be freely edited and special fx added, as you can see from mine...  when pointing to those pictures you may place in the c-disk or in some other webspace of your choice, please LINK to them, like I did above, do not EMBED them in this thread.
